Hancock Orchestra delights audiences at the Science Fair
Welcome to the new school year. We are very excited to see all the
continuing Band and Orchestra students and to invite students to begin
studying an instrument of their choice. We are finalizing group lesson schedules, so please ask your child for notices they are receiving, about their time. Many students have signed up for Band & Orchestra this year and unfortunately we are not able to provide instruments to all. We respectfully ask you to consider whether it might be possible to rent or purchase on
Flutists
your own. Thank you for your patience as we get started.

Finding and selecting an instrument Please click, to view a list of some area music
stores that may be helpful to you. Each one offers a somewhat different plan for renting or purchasing and I recommend investigating several
sources to get an idea of the range of both quality and price. Some shops specialize in stringed instruments. By checking
several store or catalog websites, you can get a pretty good idea of how much various brands of beginning or intermediate level instruments cost and how much they cost
to buy or rent.
